FCM-30 FREE
This high-efficiency automatic cut sheet laminator is designed for PCB dry film lamination. It features entrance centering, servo tension control, infrared heating, and a backup roll design for superior pressure distribution. Supporting PCB thicknesses from 0.05mm to 4mm ensures precise alignment with an optical fiber sensor and a non-contamination rotary blade for clean cuts.
Automatic vacuum laminating
Sheet to sheet dry film auto cutting laminator. A small, lightweight motor with a new generation of microstepping drives, with less vibration and noise, a high-speed motor drives a disc cutter with a precision ball spline to move linearly left and right, all in order to determine the cutting process.
FCM-30 PLUS ND
This double roll laminator is designed for PCB dry film lamination, ensuring high precision and efficiency. It features servo-driven input alignment, infrared heating for uniform temperature control (±3°C), and tension control for precise film release. The large roller structure enhances durability, while high-pressure fans prevent film wrinkles.
