RTR Plasma System
Available in AnPT-R250 and AnPT-R500, this model is designed for precise and efficient processing. It supports FPC widths from 50mm to 550mm and thicknesses of 25–400µm, with a processing speed of 0.5–4 m/min and uniformity exceeding 80%.
Vacuum plasma Activate
This vacuum plasma system offers medium-sized plasma cleaning solutions, ensuring efficient surface activation. Available in multiple configurations, it can be tailored to different object sizes. Customisation options are also available to meet specific processing needs.
